Someone should give the officer the advice I was given by my D.C. when I was a probie. He said in all his years on the job he has never seen the skeleton of a cat in a tree. With that said he continued with, we will never put a person at risk to get a cat down from a tree. When the cat gets hungry it will find it's way down.

Not that I often go on parkways, but it always amazed me that my pick-up, with 4 doors and a covered bed has to be registered as commercial and therefore is not permitted on parkways, but if I drove a much larger H2 or Expedition, I would be allowed.

Instead of chains put a huge I beam reinforced with concrete across the road 2-300 feet before the bridge it's alot easier to clean up when it's hit and I gaurantee it knocks the GPS off the windshield and common sense into the driver

Guess what GTA and COD are sold under the mature ratings title of the ESRB. So a 13 or 14 year old isn't allowed to buy it, yes like everything else it happens but for the most part parents must buy their kids the game.
You can also get weapons training by reading books and going on YouTube. Heck, moby dick is basically a whaling manual.
Back on topic.
In Austria in the 1930's they elected a man named Adolf who besides socializing healthcare and jobs required that all gun owners register their weapons and were known by the public and police.
I think we all know what started to happen next...

Wrong. Yorktown was first dispatched to an MVA SB in the area of rt 134. That call went unfounded, and as E270 was turning around on Fairhills Dr, the fire came in approx 5 houses down. The Taconic was used by all incoming Yorktown apparatus to access the scene.

fireboyny liked a post in a topic by soboss34 in Who Is Empress EMS?
Yes, but they did strictly BLS transport between facilities. AA Ambulance based in the Bronx had the Yonkers 911 contract which it won from Abbey Richmond. Empress got it when all of the medics at AA Ambulance (of which I was one) walked out on them at midnight and went to Empress. There is a lot more to the story in terms of behind the scenes stuff, but that's the Cliff Notes version.
