The was one explosion at the fishing line, the second occurred ifo the Lenox Hotel up the street. There is beleived to be and being reported that two more unexplored devices found and being dismantled - this last bit is not confirmed as if yet but sounding like on the scanners.
Also a friend of mine who was up there at the finish line area is okay and accounted for.

Well, as you may have noticed, EMTBravo has been down for over a week, while I was in the hospital for 10 days. Came home to this, and losing 10 years of work brought tears and did not help my recovery. But, after a week, here we are, still crossing my fingers.
The most recent backup we had was corrupt, so we had to back up, salvage this one, and will have to build on from here.
What I need from you is patience, and give us a chance to work out the kinks and bring the forum back, and please post,post,post any current events and IA's to kind of bring us back to today forward.

This thing looks massive. Even if it hits Delaware, it gonna dump a ton of rain and moisture into our path. I would expect a couple of days of the suck. Don't forget like 7 changes of clothing and dry socks if your working this weekend.
On the upside, if it hits Monday / Tuesday we will all have stocked up on emergency food consisting of snickers, milking way , M&M's , and Milk Duds

Chucky was my unoffical nephew, he always called me uncle Ang. In his younger years he always went on vacation with my family and my oldest son Angelo [ rescue 40 here] and was a brother to him, I called him kunckle head right up till yesterday and for those that new him would know why. Truly a sad day for NY10570's friends, coworkers, family, and his extended family here on EMTBravo. It didn't take a very long to realize NY10570 was a consummate professional who loved being a Paramedic. The knowledge he shared with the EMTBravo community, and the manner in which he articulated his responses and views was a testament to the provider and the person he IS.
It's a huge loss for the EMS and EMTBravo family... I'm not the sentimental type but the loss of NY10570 is a complete shock and is being felt by all the active members here... There will always be a void here on EMTBravo without him around.

Why does it matter aside from maybe helping figure out what is wrong with the patient? Forget about how its just wrong to treat someone differently based upon a medical condition, what if they don't know they're carrying some disease. Everyone gets treated the same unless I suspect an infection requiring droplet precautions.
