New York State Police SORT (Special Operations Response Team) MRT 5. There is at least a handful of these scattered across the state.

The vehicle is a Lenco Bearcat.

Those are two piece Beadlock rims. Most likely military spec

The teams have since been renamed to the Special Operations Response Team but the vehicles are still labeled as MRT the Mobile Response Team.

The other Lenco Bearcats I have seen are a different design, here is MRT 1 and I have also seen MRT 3 (which is the one in Albany)
